10 NEW Ways How To Lace VANS Sk8-Hi | VANS Sk8-Hi lacing style

Hey guys! In today's video I'm going to be showing you 10 new ways how to lace your VANS Sk8-Hi or other shoes which have 8 holes. This is simple tutorial about shoes lacing style of VANS Sk8-Hi. Step-by-step instructions for lacing your VANS Sk8-Hi:

0:14 - Method 1: Loosely
1. First of all put your laces through the first two eyelets;
2. Then, make sure both ends of the lace are even;
3. Take the lace in the first eyelet on the left and put it in the second on the right;
4. Take the lace in the first eyelet on the right and put it in the second on the left;
5. Use your finger to limit the lace;
6. Keep going until you reach the final eyelets;
7. Now, instead of going through the top of the eyelet, go through the bottom, from inside to out on both sides.

4:18 - Method 2: Zig-Zag
1. Put the lace through the eyelets not over the top;
2. Take the lace from the inside of the sneaker and go through the next eyelet up and across;
3. Then do the same with this lace but on the other side;
4. Repeat these steps until you reach the final eyelets;
5. Insert the left lace through the loop you have now created on the right;
6. Repeat this for the rest of the loops.

8:20 - Method 3: Star
1. Begin by threading the two ends of the lace through the fourth eyelets on the bottom on both sides. Center the laces again so that you have the same length on both sides;
2. Take your left lace and thread it under the eyelets and out through first eyelet;
3. Then Take your right lace and thread it under the eyelets and out through first eyelet;
4. Keeping that lace in your hand, cross it over and down through the occupied fourth eyelet on the left;
5. Do the same for the opposite side;
6. Then Take your right lace pull it out through eyelet number 7;
7. Using the right end, insert it in the opposite hole in a straight line;
8. Take your other lace that's been waiting at the top of the shoe and thread it under the left eyelets and then out eyelet number 1, which should already be occupied;
9. Keeping that lace in your hand, bring it up and flip it over the top horizontal line between the 7th eyelets, forming the top of your five-pointed star;
10. Thread that lace under and down through the first eyelet, then bring it under the right side eyelets, and hide it.

11:44 - Method 4: Bar & Diagonal
1. Place one end of the shoelace through the second top right hole and the other end through the left hole on the bottom;
2. Using the left end, Thread it in the opposite hole in a straight line;
3. Then insert the right end of the shoelace into the next left hole from the top;
4. Using the left end,Thread it in the opposite hole in a straight line;
5. Repeat this for the rest of the loops.

14:53 - Method 5: Diamond
1. Starting from the two bottom opposite facing holes, insert each end of the shoelace from the inside. Make sure both sides of the remaining laces are equal;
2. Take the lace in the last eyelet on the right and put it in the third on the left;
3. Then Put that same lace under to the previous eyelet;
4. Then Take the lace in the last eyelet on the left and put it in the third on the right;
5. Then Put that same lace under to the previous eyelet;
6. Repeat this for the rest of the loops.

20:33 - Method 6: 2 Diamonds
1. Thread the laces through the first and second top eyelets;
2. Then, make sure both ends of the lace are even;
3. Place one end of the first right shoelace through the third top left hole and the other end through the fourth hole on the left side;
4. Then, Pass one end of the first left lace through the fifth top right hole and the other end through the sixth hole on the right side;
5. Repeat this for the rest of the loops.

24:04 - Method 7: X & Diagonal
1. Thread the laces through the first and second right bottom eyelets.
2. Insert the first right end of the shoelace into the second left hole from the bottom
3. Then insert it into the first left eyelet from the bottom
4. Thread the same end of the lace into the third right eyelet
5. Repeat this for the rest of the loops

I'm going to of course have to use this and convert it to the Lowe's because every single one of my pair just happened to be Lowe's I just didn't get well to be honest my daughter and I kind of got stuck in checkerboard slip-ons and slides but I've got quite a small Quaint collection of these and I don't know how to lease sneakers I'd never have learned so I'm going to watch this closely thank you

I use my skateboard shoe for function over fashion. Which of these method is the best and durable method while skating? I wish your sample shoe has a loop in the middle of the tongue of the shoe because I have 4 pairs of hi tops that had a middle center hole and I would love to know how to go about using that middle loop. Great video by the way.
