You can no longer drive in peace where your passengers are locked in while at speed. You can no longer control when they can get out because they can get out whenever.
Seriously a deal breaker and a safety issue if you constantly have a lot of rear seat passenger (I'm not even talking about kids) -- and NO! child lock won't cut it!
