I don't like the 12 seconds change for assassination because now it's another thing to keep track of to refresh garrote at the last second, as if we didn't have enough little things to track
rogues are dead, there are almost more evokers than rogues now, our little moments of happiness are when blizzard announces small changes that we are asking for years

Even if these changes dont all make it out, the intent is shown very well. Such as the thistle tea change. It has been a cluncky GCD its whole existence. Now its shining ✨️

I think sub trickster is going to be very strong then. Going to miss the 1.7m echoing reprimand though. I'm still worried about Outlaw in PvP. Seems like its lack luster dmg is getting nerfed.

Im looking forward to a mild outlaw rework. Mainly focusing on APM reduction. During raid prog im doing about double the APM of the next DPS, thats a little ridiculous i must say. Currently averaging 120CPM, bring it down to about 100 and im chilling.
