A Science teacher at my school used to be in the military. She's this old strict woman that's hard to get on her good side. I never had her class but my friend did and they used to sit together chatting gossip during lunch. It was really sweet. I joined in a few times and she told stories of when she was back in the military. Freaking awesome.

My spanish teacher 7th grade year was in the military. She even had a picture with the president! But she was really an amazing teacher and made learning so fun if you followed instructions correctly and did her assignments. I really have never had so much fun playing musical chairs to a spanish song about the verb estar! 😂

Our animal care teacher was ex military, nicest person ever, built like a brick wall and once when there was a fight near the bike shed, someone put cinder blocks against the door to he astro turf ( the way across to the bike shed) and most the school watched him kick that door open with such ferocity that people scattered.
I know people usually run when a teacher arrives but people actually went sprinting, best teacher ever.

I have a science teacher who was an officer, and HE IS HILARIOUS and the most chill person you'll meet ngl. Just saw him at the shop actually, but he just talks about his experiences and how funny and stupid people can be. He also worked at a university and loves to tell stories of that too

In middle school my history teacher was literally a drill sergeant. As in during the summer and usually a month or so out of the year they would go to a military training camp across the state to be a drill sergeant. She was the loveliest, sweetest old woman 80% of the time. When she’s angry though?
