TBC Classic was nearly 2 years ago, and as the time passes, people only begin to miss it more.
Today I go over the defining features of WoW's first expansion and how it was during its Classic re-release.
But the ultimate question is - will Blizzard ever provide TBC specific server ever again?
This is why WoW's Forgotten Expansion Is Growing In Popularity... | WoW Classic

Tbc nostalgia thirst is a perfect example of you never know what you have until it's gone.

PLEASE bring back TBC. It's still my favorite xpac. The best version given it expands a bit on classic, makes professions very important, and doesn't go too far as Wrath did. Here's hoping!

EDIT: Zangarmarsh music is purely angelic and is some of the best in the game.

Tbc starting at Level 1 would be awesome

I mained a shadow priest during TBC Classic and it was the most fun I've had during Classic WoW. I'd love to go back and do it again.

TBC is the best expansion by far, and arguably the best version of the game in general. It’s a polished vanilla with some of the best raids of all time.

I love TBC - it's basically Vanilla, but more of it.

TBC was truly the peak. Everyone thought it was WOTLK but that's "shiny new thing" syndrome and people love Arthus. But the game itself, TBC was peak. It was truly Classic+ while WOTLK felt like the first game changing expansion

I have no clue why they didn’t leave even 1 server of TBC for people to camp on. Even if like 10 people played it, it’d be such an easy win as far as “caring about the community” goes. Activision Blizzard is a multi billion dollar company, there’s no way the cost of running one server would even be a penny comparatively

Honestly I'd like to see them do a TBC Classic server again. I didn't really experience it much when it came out partly due to burnout after regular classic but it would be cool. Also I know they probably won't but an option to turn off the XP boost they'll definetly add for weird players like me because when I decided to give Cata Classic a quick try, the lack of ability to turn off the XP boost killed it for me especially because I wanted to see the zones stories and because well grinding is chill.

People laughed when I came back specifically for Classin TBC and left during the WotLK pre-patch.

TBC is the ONLY WOW I give a shit about.

I love Hellfire Peninsula. I know most hate it, but I leveled two alts in original TBC and getting from the old world to Outland just felt so good. Hubs with tons of quests that all took place nearby. Quest rewards that were amazingly awesome when you were coming from Un’goro/Hinterland greens. Plenty of flight points to make traversing the zone a breeze. And, of course, that feeling of abject terror when you heard the mechanical roar of a Fel Reaver behind you.

HFP feels like home every time I set foot in it.
