California Cops Gun Down Allegedly Armed Man After Intense Foot Chase

The Bakersfield Police Department released bodycam footage showing an officer-involved shooting with an allegedly armed man in December. Authorities said officers responded to a call about a man waving a gun around near the train tracks. An intense foot chase ensued after the man refused to comply with orders, ending in a brief shootout that fatally wounded the suspect. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie has the details.

I think this shooting took place in Oil dale or just north of rosedale which is just little add-on sections of Bakersfield; real bad area for drugs, homeless, etc although Kern County Sheriff department usually handles calls out there. The perpetrator was just another drugged out homeless.
