This engine assembly isn'y done correctly and people must not follow this as guideline else the engine will be ruined. Firstly, as some has already commented there isn't any lube applied during assembly. Is a big no no as the initial start would cause great damages. Second, you shouldn't crank the camshaft without installing the timing belt with proper timed engine. It will create valves and pistons interference that causes huge damage. Not trying to be rude, just highlight the importance of proper engine assembly. Thanks for your video anyway!

I must ask you as a mechanic and I am not a engine builder but obviously the engineering is done but would you assemble a normally aspirated engine in this way and I don't need to know about the lubricant.

you need to make sure that your belt is timed correctly and you should add some lube when assembling the engine head should be screwed corner to corner for even pressure
