1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
¾ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup molasses
1 ½ cup pecan halves
½ cup chocolate pieces
3 Tbl bourbon

Pie dough
2 cups AP flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening, chilled
¼ cup butter, chilled
