New video shows moments of fatal stabbing at Capitol Hill light rail station

The man accused of a fatal stabbing of another man following an altercation at the Capitol Hill light rail station in Seattle was charged with murder.

Shawn Patrick Moore, 26, is facing one count of second-degree murder and one count of intimidating a witness. He is being held on a $3 million bail.

According to court documents, the fight started because Moore didn't like the way the victim "brushed by him when walking down the escalator" at the light rail station.

King 5, I had been a Seattle resident since the 70's. Were are all these miscreant criminals coming from? I can remember ( and for many years growing up) it was safe anywhere you went & people were civil. Seattle has changed & not for the better. I'm so glad to have moved out of state. Because no matter what part of town in Washington I tried to move to? It would be the same: malicious people who would pick fight with you ( happened with me & it did get ugly with the woman following me yelling obcenities & LITERALLY hanging out her driver side door). Seattle is just a bad place. Hope you get better politicians to run the city.
