As a Vegas residence I just go to Texas de Brazil in town Square because that’s the closest one. I go there so much I know one of the servers well because they’ve been working there for like at least 20 years.😊

That steak was seared at 90 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 seconds . The searing method was just placing it on a windowsill

I went to Joes when they 1st opened when i was living in Vegas. My Roomate Evan Whent to School in Chicago with thier GM at the time. The food was great especially the Stone Crab and ribeyesteak. I also had the Alaskan King Crab. Like the name says its the king forva reason

So with joes, i had issues with the sear on their bone in steaks. But their regular prime rib and ny strip are insane imo

Depending on cut I usually eat my meat rare plus fillet black and blue I love King crab . Lobster then the stone crab There’s also the Dungeoness crab which I love in salted egg and tons of garlic YUM

Joe’s is the absolute best in seafood & steaks. I swear we there isn’t a bad thing in the menu.
