Behind The Sets Of Euphoria

Behind The Scenes Of Euphoria And The Elaborate Set!
For a show that is trying to be relatable to a wide range of young adults, it doesn’t do a very good job hiding that it’s all being filmed in LA. Presumably, Rue lives in the suburbs nearby. The house is on a soundstage, however. And Alexa Demie had one awesome contact who supplied all of the vintage clothes from her store, Aralda Vintage. The characters are back in Fez’s store this season, using the same location again too: the Alta Dena dairy store. That isn’t the only LA location. There’s also a pretty popular rollerway. Another pretty popular glee club spent an episode here. There was a gigantic carnival built for season 1. It had to be built in a special way that accommodated the cameras. And speaking of cameras, Kodak had to convert their factory to make a special something for them. And the film effect that something special created was epic. And along the lines of cool shots, there was this awesome light-flashing scene at the New Years party that was used to capture the actors as if they were in a photograph. There were some pretty cool rigs set up for the driving scenes. And an awesome rotating rig that Zendaya had to crawl through. It required a lot to make and we bet the background actors had quite the headaches after filming. We also check out all of the lighting and colors and effects, like how they created the authentic rainfall, or how balloons made for the best instruments of light. Euphoria is bold, intelligent, whimsical, and scary at times and the sets needed to reflect this. Give the video a watch if you’re curious!
