BYD, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, is making a significant impact in the car industry and giving competitors like Tesla a run for their money. The company's reputation in the electric vehicle market is well-established, making it a top player in the industry.

The BYD Seal is one of the company's models that is particularly noteworthy. It comes with two battery options – a 61.4 kWh unit offering 550 km of range and an 82.5 kWh pack with a claimed range of 700 km (CLTC-cycle). The base single-motor variant develops 201 BHP, while the one equipped with a larger battery pack 308 BHP. This offers consumers the flexibility to choose the battery size that best fits their needs.

In addition to its impressive battery options, the BYD Seal also features a 15.6-inch screen that has the ability to rotate, as well as a radar and camera system in the middle. However, the company has yet to release the interior details, as they plan to unveil new features specifically for the Indian market by the third quarter of this year. This shows the company's dedication to innovation and catering to the specific needs of different markets.

if the european designers do not wake up soon, we are screwed. It seems like the european OEMs are in competition how to design the most bizzare looking cars in the world. They do not understand that the reason people are not bying electric is that they are not designing good looking cars. I drive a nice car and I would change to electric in a hearbeat but I cannot find a good looking car that does not resemble with a doughnut. Respect for the chinese carmakers for the dynimic and modern thinking.
