Biggest advantage the autel can secure over the DJI is the built in radar. That makes it so much safer to fly in darkness or near reflecting objects.

The other plus is the "no geofencing" part 🥴

Great review on BOTH models. Had some experience with an ‘earlier’ model EVO II, 6K..but didn’t get to evaluate the thermal side of the software much. Awesome tech and definately a MUCH-needed capability available for many uses. Would like to see the (improbable) aspect of thermal being an OPTION IN the SMALL(ER) consumer drone market..obviously cost/acquisition would increase for the average person making it virtually unviable. Geofencing’ SHOULD BE an “option out” capability in all drones. I know this is a small topic within the video itself but an important one..and Autel got it right in that regard. Really, EITHER of these drones work in a multitude of areas..thanks!

What are the weather/ wind limits of the autel?

What cooling does autel use if you're flying in near continuous heat all day?

Price point looks good... But we elected to pursue DJI VS Autel for our fleet because they didn't respond to queries in a timely fashion.

On the flip side... we are NOT happy with DJI support!!!! They really need to revamp their entire support layer in our opinion.

I am loving the specs and controller of the Autel and HATE DJI geofencing and constant updates. However, I have heard Autel customer service is garbage. Do you have any opinions or experience with Autel Support?

Autel 4T seems to be much closer to the Mavic 3T. Odd comparing it to such a more capable (and expensive) drone when there is the 3T for a closer comparison.

Reviewing a drone you have never piloted nor experienced the entire gamut of ownership of a drone manufacturer's prosumer drome is ridiculous. Up front it certainly looks like you're a DJI fan boi in a haste to protect your BFF's territory, so I quit watching as soon as you disclosed you never flew the Autel 4T.
I will wait for a truthful head to head IRL comparison.
