This is not what I expected when I opened this video. I was hoping more for general methods of deduction and solving equations, rather than just being told "you learn algebra by doing it until you get it right." This is not how to learn algebra fast. This is the obvious notion that you learn things by doing them. I'm not unappreciative that I've been told the truth - I acknowledge that the statement about attitudes affecting your ability to learn is something to which I can relate, but I didn't learn anything from this.

The title might be a bit misleading, but the advice is all very sound. The information is all common sense, of which many of us that have struggled with math have lacked. The fear that so many have where math is concerned is addressed. Open up your mind and listen if you want to have the benefit of a real road map to direct through the confusion maze.
