Driver arrested, charged after speeding by stopped school bus

A Fayetteville-Manlius bus driver had to pull a girl by the backpack to keep her from exiting her school bus as a driver sped past.
In a surveillance video shared by a Manlius family living on Highbridge Road, a gold/tan Toyota Camry speeds around the stopped school bus along the shoulder, even clipping a mailbox.
Other cars in the video stop far from the school bus as it turns its lights on. The video also shows the student's mother waiting for her daughter, throwing her hands up to her mouth as the car speeds by.
