Easy Homemade Italian Aperitivo: THE Authentic Quick Guide!

Hello good people and welcome! I'm Jordan. If you're looking for a way to snaz up your evenings a bit before dinner then this is the way to do it. The aperitivo is an Italian cultural icon, and I want share with you how you can bring this into your own home. Best of all, the prep time is only around 15 minutes and you'll be showered with compliments for the rest of the evening!

Below are the ingredients to copy & paste into your shopping list! Listed are both the international ingredients and their Italian equivalents that we use in the video:

1. The Italian Toast (CROSTINI)
- Baguette (PANE TOSCANO)
- Cherry Tomatoes (POMODORI DATTERINI GIALLI)
- Cooked Ham (PROSCIUTTO COTTO)
- Cream Cheese (STRACCHINO)
- Paté (FEGATINI)

2. The Sharing Platter (TAGLIERE)
- Three Local Hams (SALAME TOSCANO, FINOCCHIONA, PROSCIUTTO CRUDO)
- Three Local Cheeses (PECORINO, MOZZARELLA)

3. The Cocktail (APEROL SPRITZ)
- Prosecco
- Aperol or Campari
- Lemonade or Tonic Water
