I am a big fan of the JT6 Bridge. It’s a good investment to purchase a caliper and measure your saddles from the edge and record it. Then you just remove the saddles completely, do your work, then when you screw your saddles back on you set them using the measurements taken by the caliper. Watching you struggle the way you did it was painful to watch. Nice job on the guitar finish, looks cool.

Dude, you put the block with the spring holes facing the other way, and you also put the metal plate under the saddle tension plate, which you could actually do away with instead, the metal plate that is. But thanks for letting me know that the JT6 can be upgraded with a fu tone brass block.

So does the brass block get the hard tail treatment? How will it sound? What other way will this legendary guitar go thru misdirected adventures by todays youth? Stay tuned! Just kidding, you actually did a very tasteful job updating a probably long in the tooth guitar.with a ugly old pickguard.
