Monica owed her powers to Wanda, because by entering and exiting the "hex field" Wanda created during the events of WandaVision, Monica got her cellullar structure completely rewritten by Wanda's "chaos magic" and gained her "light based powers"

me and my friend had a silly argument, he said that monica was transfered to the deadpool universe when she tried to close the portal thingies in the marvels(because deadpool himself is from the x-men universe). And she will be a cameo in the Deadpool 3.
