The food looks delicious as always! Some tips for the donut dough: If you put a little alcohol in the dough it won't absorb the oil when deep frying. Don't worry, you won't taste the alcohol in it at the end. 😊 Also, your dough was too soft. A smaller egg or (much) more flour will do. The dough should be easy to handle.
