As you build up more respect for yourself, create tougher standards on yourself.

You need to start forcing yourself to behave in a disciplined way until it becomes a habit.

Once this happens, you transition from merely acting in a disciplined way, to being a disciplined person.

This is when discipline seeps into your character and becomes a part of your identity.

At that point, behaving disciplined will feel natural, and it will feel WORSE for you to miss a day vs. doing the hard work.
