11. Habit measurement... Social media took my time but now I have a very long break I loged out since December 2020 and expecting to come back on June this year! Luckily I see this can be possible to stay away from social networks! It seems impossible at the beginning hah. No Instagram no Facebook no WhatsApp just email and in limited and Youtube 🙏🏿
