A home made cotton gin for the easy extraction of seeds from cotton lint.

That's is a masterpiece. I had no idea that cotton seeds were that big. I thought they were very tiny, like the size of strawberry seeds.

Thank you gentleman, I am going to copy your machine. I have four wild cotton trees(plants) in my agricultural land. My wife is struggling with these cotton seeds. As Hindu religious people we make lamp wicks only with wild cotton by hand. Love and respect from India for a great idea of simplicity easy to build machine to extract seeds from cotton. Thank you once again. For your information, I am a manual machinist and welder by profession.

I bought a couple pounds of cotton w/seed a couple of years ago
I want to try to grow my own where I live but think it won't be hot enough in my growing zone without a greenhouse (which has yet to be built to be left up over winters)
This time I will lovingly separate by hand and then if I can successfully grow a whack of it - I may think about this type of device

How much would you charge to make one for me? I love your design and it’s hard to find any cotton gins anywhere to use for my home. I grow cotton to spin into yarn and it takes me forever to gin my own cotton by hand.
