Made this but covered in the oven for about 40 min, then uncovered for 20 min. Came out soooo good! Your recipes never fail me Laura! 💗

Recipe from her site.

Serves 4 to 6

Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 1 hrs

Ingredients:
3 lb of Mixed Chicken Drumsticks and Thighs
2 tsp of Dried Paprika
2 Tbsp of Fresh Rosemary, leaves stripped from the stem and roughly chopped
2 tsp of Granulated Garlic
2 tsp of Granulated Onion
1-1/2 tsp of Dried Thyme
2 tsp of Dried Sage
1 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
3 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
About 12 cloves of Garlic, unpeeled
1-1/2 lbs of Baby Potatoes, halved
Additional Olive Oil and a bit more Rosemary
1/4 cup of Fresh Chopped Parsley

I am soooo with you on the potatoes. Nothing better than crispy roasted potatoes and chicken. And the garlic....don't even get me started. All you needed was some of your baguette to smear the garlic on. Heaven! Sometimes I add baby carrots to my roasted chicken and potatoes. Adds a little sweetness. Have a wonderful day!

I made this for mothers day. It was soo good. Its easy to make and has really good flavors. And this is coming from a 15 year old who's never used parsley and thyme. I will make it again.

Your marinade for this recipe worked fantastic for grilling boneless/skinless chicken thighs. Just added wet garlic and marinated in fridge overnight. Best I’ve ever made .

Looking for a delicious chicken dish? This one does it. I was looking for something that was load with spices and was easy to prepare (I'm divorced and new to cooking.) This dish was easy and delicious. I'm trying to lose weigh so I substituted brussel sprouts for the potatoes. When the chicken was done, I removed it from the baking dish and added brussel sprouts that were cut in half. I rolled them around in the marinade drippings to coat them and roasted them until the outside layer got crispy . Outstanding!!

I really hope I don't make this sound negative because it really is not but I like your imperfections in your videos because it holds true to the reality of cooking lols.
For example, the pots and pans you use snd their stains. So true. I love watching The Food Network Channel but you never see a used pot or pan in their shows.
Also, the fact you can't wait to put the food on a dinner plate you go right in for it.
I do that alot and I am SOOO glad I'm not the only one. Lols.

I have made this today and i can't tell how amazing the flavour was... The marination was so so so good, and keeping in the fridge for overnight really helps chicken absorb those lip smacking flavour.
I have roasted them on convection mode, yes the same you bake the cake. So for those who are new to roasting chicken please take a note😊

Laura, this recipe is to die for. I made few tweaks as i didn't have few ingrediants. I added ginger garlic paste instead of powder and added quater teaspoon of chilli powder( i am indian .. i need a bit of spice). But seriously even my 1.6 year old daughter who never ate chicken till now gobbled it up. Thank you.. you are truly talented.
