1100hp GT-R v 911 Turbo S v Rallycross: DRAG RACE

How's THIS for a line-up?!

Mat's rolled up in a tuned GT-R, and he's facing off against the all-conquering Porsche 911 Turbo S and an absolutely rapid electric rallycross car!

So let's take a closer look at the stats. Starting with the GT-R, it's equipped with a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6, coupled with a whole lot of other upgrades, and as a result, can put down an eye-watering 1100hp & 1270Nm of torque! It weighs in at 1,720kg, and when you add the cost of the work done to it with the original price of the car, it'll set you back around £120,000.

Of course, the Porsche is more expensive, coming in at £169,000. And as we all know by now, it's powered by a mighty 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat-six that's good for 650hp & 800Nm. It's also lighter than the GT-R, tipping the scales at 1,640kg.

And finally, we have the rallycross car. It's housing a total of FOUR electric motors, which combine to produce 820hp and 900Nm! What's more, despite being an electric car, it's the lightest car in this line-up, coming in at 1,600kg! Oh, and it's easily the most expensive, costing around £550,000!!

I used to hate 911 turbo S when Carwow started drag racing it because it would beat every single supercar. But now I can only appreciate how impressive it is. Just wow!

The Turbo S is really something else, all you needed to beat it is about twice the horsepower and an half a million dollar purposed built electric rally car

The amount that it takes to beat a stock Turbo S is just insane...Also, think that GTR could use some increased rear LS compression damping lol that squat is insane

Another reason why 911 Turbo S is my all time dream car. It`s crazy how good it is compared with higher tiers. On it`s own tier, reigns supreme. Great race!

When you look at the fact that the Rallycross car is a purpose built, race only vehicle, and the GT-R has had work done to it totaling over half its MSRP, while the 911 is out of the box and has a warranty, Porsche has built an astonishing car, and the GT-R is a crazy bargain.

Standard 911 Turbo S is an amazing car.
The fact it only just get beat by a 1100bhp tuned supercar, and a dedicated, lightweight, rallycross machine is just unreal.

I am actually more impressed with the 911 more than anything! Has almost half the hp as the GTR and was holding its own on the drag race, Not to mention it stopped almost as the same distance as a race car!

Any Turbo S is a beast. You literally don’t have to do anything to them. They already come super fast from the factory.
