On Parliament Hill, following a welcoming ceremony that includes the speakers of the House of Commons and the Senate and representatives from the federal opposition parties, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy meets with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and members of the federal cabinet.
