I know this is random but can u guys please keep my family and dad in your prayers. He just got diagnosed with lung cancer and he has cancer cells in his brain and kidneys. I have a child that suffers from depression. I’m being vague as to not give out personal info. Lack of sun is definitely a trigger. You can buy light boxes and they help. If it lasts more than two weeks please go to the dr. You might need medication and there’s no shame in that. Therapy is also helpful. You’ve truly been through a lot and do so much. As a mom, I hope you get the help that you need and pray for your mental health.

I love how your mom still speaks highly of your dad after all she been through. I've been in a abusive relationship and we have 2 small kids together. I pray I heal from it. and be able to speak in positive manner in regards to my situation as your mom did. she really made me look at things differently. I appreciate y'all for that. It’s not embarrassing and bad it’s REAL and I love you for that ❤️bc I have had depression room and have slacked on my hygiene bc of it and you have helped me to motivate to take care of myself better.
