Nice gameplay, i don't like the performance there isn't constant 240 fps+. What should i consider upgrading looking at this config? CPU or GPU

It's a strange test. CPU temperature is not very adequate. Performance is low. CPU frequency in the monitoring is also unclear why it is so. Need pbo + curve intervention. I managed to lower the temperature of my 5600 and at the same time increase its performance. Even in stress tests the temperature does not exceed 67. And in counter strike it's at 59-60. And that's with a cheap four-tube processor tower and inexpensive thermal paste. If I want to slightly reduce performance by say 5-10% my temperatures will drop by 5-10 degrees at the right settings. So it's better to optimize your ryzen in bios.

I have the same card but with an ryzen 5 4600G, my cpu and gpu usage around 30 and have 120-144 fps. Any ideas what cause this low usage %?
