LIVE: Georgia Elections Results Out, Poll Observers Analyse the Verdict

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) held a news conference in Tbilisi to discuss Georgia’s election results. According to the electoral commission, the ruling party, Georgian Dream, won the parliamentary elections with over 54% of the vote on Saturday, though opposition parties have disputed the outcome. While both the electoral commission and Georgian Dream declared the elections free and fair, they did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the allegations.
