Can't wait for the in depth video! All of the features look amazing. I didn't even realize how much I needed the sun and sky to improve! 😄

Thanks for the clear explanation! Could you please make a video about how VRay vision differs from interactive rendering, and when to use what? Thanks!!

For me, the improved sunlight feature and lightgen feature is the best, that's also my favorites, because we know that environmental lighting is a very big factor in creating realistic renders.. even if you managed to create and apply realistic materials to ur models, if you can't make realistic environmental lighting, u will surely have a bad render.. lighting is one of the stage that we need to spend more time in the whole workflow, it also needs an excellent manipulation.. with these improved feature for sunlight and HDRI using lihgt Gen, we will be able to assess the lighting very well, resulting for a great, realistic renders

Wow, every single one of these features is so interesting! I've just been learning now and I'm not kidding, I've spent half the day trying to figure out how to manually position the sun, and realised it isn't possible... and then I see this video!

Vray vision also looks fascinating!

Thank you bro.., great info 👍 Suggestion for the next content, maybe you can make a tutorial one case (building) by explaining part by part from create the building, step by step process rendering vray 5 sketchup (material, texturing, proxy, lighting, etc) until final touch at post production (photoshop). maybe divided into several videos, of course it will be too long if only in one episode. Tx

VRay Vision / Chaos Vantage is a GameChanger for VRay users. now i can texture and populate a scene in 3dsmax and export it as vrayscene to vantage to have a customer walk around the house.
would be nicer if it would be built into vray for 3dsmax like it is with vray for sketchup and .exe export so a customer can look at it at his pc

1. It would be great if the improved Vray sky would sync with Sketchup sky, so that eventhough you can set up sky with more control in Vray, i'd still like to always have a somewhat correct representation of the shadows in Sketchup viewport.
2. I need to see more info on this to fully understand it.
3. By far the most powerful thing i've seen in years. If you can just place your lights in the scene where you need them, hit render and then adjust them anyway you want after the render is done... I mean wow! That will save hours of light tweeking and hours and hours in test/production rendering.
4. I'm used to editing in PS and that leaves me with a PSD file i can always fine tune later, but having the option to do a lot more editing then in previous versions of the VFB will be handy.
5. So Vray Vision is like Vray RT 2.0? Will it replace RT going forward? It remnids me a lot of Enscape, especially in that side-by-side view, but i imagine it would yeald much more realistic results.
