Extra pro tip for the level 45 task: hang on to a super rocket radar and hunt Giovanni fake grunts. Remember to turn off the radar just before the midnight, noon, 6 am and 6pm rocket balloons to guarantee leader or grunt encounters from the balloon.

Some extra tips:
1) For extra XP, host local raids on apps like Poke Genie. This allows you to beat harder raids even without a friend group, as up to 5 others will remotely join you. For each person that joins you, this will count as an interaction and they will become 'Good Friends', rewarding you with an extra 3k XP each. So legendary and mega raids can get you 25k XP (10k + 5x 3k friendship) each time. Double if you lucky egg.

2) For Power up a Legendary Pokemon 20 times, you can use Meltan who you can get regular and XL candy for very easily by opening its box every 3 days.

3) For 'Power up 3 Pokemon to their max CP', firstly you can combine this with point 2, if you had a Meltan with good IVs and decided to power that single legendary Pokemon up 20 times; this Meltan/Melmetal may be relatively close to max CP. Secondly, as you progress up to level 47, pick some Pokemon that you want to level up to maximum anyway but stop levelling them up one stop before their maximum (so level 49.5). Tag them to keep track of them and once you reach this level 47 task, you only need to level up these 3 Pokemon once, by which time you should have ample XL candy accrued, and the stardust cost would be minimal.

The most important tip for any level trainer in Pokémon go is to learn how to make excellent curveball throws and practice them so you get really good at them to be able to gain a lot of xp a day! Also just taking a little walk to earn xp really helps!

Don’t forget meltan counts as mythical/legendary so you can power up low level meltan and even catching them count towards the 43 requirements

Extra tip for purifying Pokémon: since a lot of XP is needed to level up, there's no big rush, so try and focus on purifying Pokémon that only need 1000 stardust and 1 candy to purify (Zubat, Starly, Magikarp, Weedle, etc.).

Pro tip: Purifying 100 shadows will cost 100, 000-500, 000k Stardust. Even if you’re not at Level 44 yet, start saving Pokémon that only take 1k stardust to purify. It’s a pain if storage is an issue but it’ll be worth it.

For Level 48 Task: I would recommend to get 20 Buddy-Pokemon close to ultra so you can feed them once and they reach ultra afterwards. After reaching Ultra it should always give you a souvenir almost instantly

Thank you so much for the Level 44 task tips!! I hate PvP and it would take me forever to ever finish these tasks. I am already like 6 million XP over level 43, I thought I would have enough XP for level 45 before finishing these tasks 😂

To grind XP, put on a lucky egg and keep hitting excellent throws as much as you can. I use one lucky egg everyday and level up friends bonus with the egg. You get 50 coins everyday and each egg costs about 62 coins if you buy the bundle. So one free egg a day. Raids can only get you 10-20k XP. The excellent catch method for 30 mins with lucky egg can fetch you ~150-170k XP. I get 300k XP everyday in just 1hr.

In regards to meltan as well: since it counts as a legendary, you're guaranteed 3 XLs (unless they changed it and I didn't notice 😂) which is honestly not bad at all. Melmetal is pretty good all around.

3:59 make sure your eevee is your buddy before evolving or else you are doing another evolution in the eevee line

I'm at level 44 right now, one big thing that has helped me with the level requirements is to stash 1k stardust pokemon while at level 43. I had 25 1kers ready to purify, saved a nice chunk of stardust.

There's a much simpler way for completing the required charged attack: just go in the training section (where you can battle team leaders as much as you want)
