As an Indonesian I can assure you its RARE such justice like this can be served. I hope from this point more justice will be served for the high-rank officials.

Even I'm In Sabah, Msia, knowing this police officer being murdered by his superior is overwhelmingly shocking. May his soul Rest In Peace. Condolences to the family.

For all of you, this happens because of 2 factors.
1. The power of public
2. Attention from the highest power, which is President.

The combination of the two things above generates high amounts of pressure on the Chief of the Indonesian Police. And also gave him superior power to do what needed to do including drop his high-rank colleague from his position to make the investigation possible.

Back then or up until now, it is impossible to accuse even a middle rank in the police department even if the victim speaks along with evidence and solid proof.

Such law and order must be reinforced in Brazil, Mexico and other corrupt nations as well.

In Indonesia, the law only works if the case is VIRAL

Rarely is there a country that dares to try and punish a general. In Indonesia there are already 4 police generals who have been convicted of crimes. Indonesia will be a great country in the future

Shout out for Mr. Kamarudin H. Simanjuntak as the victim's family lawyer. He's the uncle of the victim, the late Brigade Joshua Hutabarat. He's a real life Gigachad. Keeps giving everything to bring justice for victim's family, even refused bribes from the opposite sides. I'm so grateful for his and the whole family's bravery. May the late Joshua rest in peace and the family's sadness can dissipate. I hope they're protected from any evil interventions.

This is kind of justice for S.E Asia countries that the laws can't be bend. Sick with court judiciary and officials' corrupt mind, liars that are given the power and authorities to abusing the laws. No-one is above the laws.

This is the law Korea need if someone kills without any reason or even though his reason was unbelievable the law will side with the victim not criminal.

Glad Indonesia is serving rightful justice to the guiltful as here in the Philippines, that kind of justice will never see the light of day.

As I sat in my office reading the news about the high-ranking Indonesian police official who was sentenced to death for murdering a fellow officer, I couldn't help but reflect on the importance of upholding justice and integrity in our daily lives.

It's easy to fall into the trap of corruption and misuse of power when we are in positions of authority, but we must remember that our actions have consequences, not just for ourselves but for those around us. It takes courage and strength to do what is right, even when it's difficult or unpopular.

We must hold ourselves and each other accountable for our actions, no matter how high up we may be in the chain of command. The greater the responsibility, the greater the need for ethical behavior. Let us not forget the impact our actions have on those around us and on the society we live in. Let us strive to always act with integrity and uphold the values of justice and righteousness.
