In this video, we get a bit personal and share with you the top 10 foods that we just wouldn't want to have to live without. Jonathan and I have different preferences and nutritional requirements. We take that into consideration when we are stocking up.

People always leave out salt, literally 1001 uses apart from just a condiment.
Very important resource.

The one bean I make sure to store canned is garbanzo beans. You can use the juice from those as an egg replacement when you bake.

I've recently added gravy mixes to my prep. Canned meat will taste better with a bit of gravy, and it will stretch the meat further. Of course i could make gravy with flour, but the mixes will be easier and last a long time. Don't forget to get extra spices.

I’m very grateful to God for people like you, who give of what God has given them. I prefer to notice the best that people have to offer and leave the rest to God.
Thank you.

Tuhan memberkati.

3 months?... Honestly My 1st thought was laundry detergent. I'm not worried about the foods because I have been so well stocked that I barely even noticed 2020 issues. I only use 1 roll of toilet paper a month, per person. But I'm going to take you up on this 90 day challenge and I'll search for my holes while doing it. Love it. You'll get a list of my "holes". Lol

I'm testing it. I haven't been to a grocery store since May, and let me tell you everyone... it's not easy. I thought I could do this because I prepared, but it just wasn't enough for just me and my dog.
Seriously, we don't realize how much we eat and how much it takes to prepare food. I even turned off my gas just to see if I could get along without it. Nope! My water heater is gas, and my dryer.
You can't make changes once the country declares food shortages. The fact is we're all in trouble if we believe it's so easy. 😐

Never, never, NEVER have women in the house without chocolate. Chocolate is a sedative, upper when down, downer when up, as a miracle food, even for women's ups and downs with their monthly estrogen cycles. Have three types of chocolate. Yes.

I enjoyed this video because you shared so many examples and a variety of goods. I also really relate to emotional foods. I have done monthly no shop months or months eating just out of the pantry and it is a great challenge to see what items are not on the pantry shelves.

Don't forget molasses can be a good source for sweetener. I like to take a tablespoon full every once awhile.

Bean brownies so yummy and if you use white beans like great northerns and make Blondie brownies. It's a nice way to use your beans and get them into your diet as a treat.
