Um... Dinah Drake is the mother, Dinah Laurel Lance is the daughter. Dinah also doesn’t really have the Canary Cry, except briefly when they had the Thunderbolt transfer her consciousness into her daughter’s body which wound up being retconned out + making them fully separate characters
