This really shows the power of training, those presenters who have been training more in recent times came out on top. It goes to show that a large part of success in cycling comes down to how much work you put in and it’s not just about genetics.

A great video. A great test for you all in real life would be the Isle of Man TT course. 37.4 miles with two climbs in it. Perhaps you could get Mark Cavendish to join you (giving you a 15-minute head start)! If you did it around the actual TT race, it would be awesome!

I remember when Ollie couldn't hit 1, 000 watts. Now I tune in expecting him to crush everything he goes for. Totally not surprised he took the victory. Biggest surprises for me was Hank down at the bottom.
