Scientists have revealed a drug increases the lifespan of mice by over 20% and left them leaner, fitter and less prone to cancer as they aged.
The drug switches off a protein called interleukin which helps our bones and joints develop in early life but the levels appear to increase as we get older and contribute to higher levels of inflammation and aging.
The study from Imperial College London and Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore found when they switched the protein off in mice, they aged better.
A human trial is already underway to test the drug as a treatment for lung conditions.
But some experts are warning that we don’t yet know the full effect of turning this protein off in humans so there’s no guarantees.

Well what’s the drug???? I d like to do my own research on it. I can’t stand when people post things like this. It’s meant to be a teaser and get you to subscribe. If you’re going to post something like this, make it complete give the name of the drug.

We live in exciting times. And having said that, I wish they'd do a study into the effects of cloud seeding and stop spraying food with pesticides. It would be wonderful to live longer as long as we can still have actual food to eat and not live on supplements.

Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it in humans. Not buying it at all.
