I’ve been to a lot of WWE shows in Dublin. I was at a Smackdown where JBL and John Cena was the main event. JBL cut a promo antagonising the Irish fans. It is the only time I saw the crowd run to the barricade to try to get in at JBL. I’ve never seen that at a show in Dublin. He was a heat seeking missile that night. We wanted Cena to get him so bad after that.

JBL was an epic heel. I remember being so into that and really disliking him and wanted him to get beat. I started believing like I was a kid again and getting genuinely aggravated by him 😂

Unfortunately his JBL run came rather late in his career since he retired 5-6 years later.

Prichard is actually more emotional in these interactions that I would have initially suspected. That must have made Johnny Ace the cold one. I don’t know how someone would deal with this without that one guy that have zero emotions when making decisions that affect people’s personal and professional lives. It’s also not lost on me that we’re essentially talking about carnies as the subject matter.

I enjoy listening to Bruce Pritchard he's very knowledgeable. However, Conrad Thompson with his rocking back-and-forth freaks me the f*** out, just stop it.
