The best strategy for Guild Wars is to create a plan and stick to it. Our guild follows this strict flow chart that's shown at 00:53; even though I had targets that I knew I could defeat, I didn't use my attacks until the other buildings had fallen. Use this strategy, and recruit guild members who are willing to follow these orders, and you will win.

Thanks Charlie, been playing for almost 3 years now on a few servers for Mobile and i feel most don't have an idea on the best strat and this solves it, Cheers buddy! 🤪

It's too hard. My complaint in the last guild was they always did their attack in the last hour. I say, do it early and we can do clean up if needed, but they don't. So frustrating. And sometimes there's no show too and you have to scramble to re-adjust the assignments. Again done in the last hour of the war. It drove me crazy.

Or collude with a guild you face on Fridays to get 1400 points each.

Some of that is common sense. It can run into problems when it takes too long to open the Citadel and or the people set in the Citadel show up in the last hour. Then the people who were waiting for them to hit don't make it back and miss their hits. Then if someone loses in the Cit you might not capture that building plus the Lighthouse or another building that someone who waited also missed a hit.

Math is off there to a point. Citadel is 120 points for capturing, but it's 7 slots of people to beat for it. In the meanwhile, you can say Bridge, Foundry, Spring of Elements, etc are 60 point bonus for capturing. So 6 slots (6 fights) for 120 point capture bonus or 7 slots (7 fights) for 120 at Citadel. Which sounds more efficient to you? Hint: It's not fighting the citadel.

That said, it is true that people need to pay attention and priority should be on things that can be captured. If you have a bunch of half captured buildings, you lose out on the capture bonus.

Or.... just launch 5 hits on high speed, close laptop and go down the pub and talk to real people What ??? works for me !

first key to running a successful guild war is to actually have a guild with enough members to even run guild wars.... second key is having enough guild members with high enough power to even take out the other teams... and third is to focus the right buildings... and for the hero wars dev team, we need a way to advertise our guilds....just sayin, trolling thru chat for potential guild members takes WAY too much time i could use ranking up the newest hero....

We have a strategist that's on another server that helps us. He's not got a hugely strong team on our server but strong enough....a few of us trade off on buying him golden tickets and rewards in events to make it worth his while...we've been gold 1 99 percent of the time unless people are on vacation or taking a break and at the least we are 2 at the least maybe 1 percent of the time...works well

I wonder if I haven't explained well or if guildmate is just being obstinate when they attack buildings I have told them not to. It is frustrating.

Yeah, in ideal works that is the strat, but such player has to wait for bridge and one of gates to clear, some have other things in life to do the GW, then better he spends attack when he can, then nothing at all. Asignments are pointless.
