32 million for a terraced house - the world has flipped its lid.

I love luxury properties and appreciate the premium that comes with living in a affluent area. However the price of this property is ridiculously insane there's zero justification for this price tag!

Even for Chelsea, this property is overvalued and has a very claustrophobic feel.

$32 million pounds and you installed those ugly track lights that looks more like a museum than a house…the decor looks commercial than luxury or cozy. Hated those wood panels and the kitchen.

The house looks absolutely incredible from the outside but for £32 mil the interior really doesn’t cut it. The exposed brickwork makes it look cheap. In my opinion it’s not exactly a very luxurious homely home. There is not one chair in the whole house that you can actually just fall into to relax. 8 bedroom house with 1 parking space 🤔

Great house, but 32 million? You could probably get a whole village for that price in other parts of the country. London is getting absolutely ridiculous.

MASSIVELY overvalued! Property prices are the biggest con, EVER!!!

Was expecting more from this based on the location. It felt like a dungeon, I think it needs a re-design by a developer or interior design company to really highlight the positives.

For the first 9 minutes of the video, I felt so claustrophobic, I could barely breath. Give me a much cheaper mansion in the country any day - not that I have the money for a mansion 😉

It hasn’t sold and started at £36M…a semi with no garage. You can have a magnificent townhouse in Chester Sq. SW1 for £20M…this in SW10 is worth about £15M

I loved that house, BUT, got a bit fed up with the same wood used in so many of the rooms, it was over kill.

Wow, double-glazed windows! That's amazing! What a luxury. Well worth the 32M price tag.

I’m not a fan of those ‘track lights’ Feels like something I’d see in H&M. Think the decor is pretty dull. Either white brick or that plywood that I think will date horribly. The problem I have with these huge town houses are they’re just lots of long not particularly wide rooms. They’d make more sense and individual flats.

The interior of this house looks like it was designed for a villain in a James Bond film. It's cold and brutal looking. I guess you could use that basement cinema room to torture people that get in the way of your evil genius. It's definitely not what I would want to buy if I were looking for a villa in Chelsea.

Those stairs as soon as you open the front door are dangerous. Can imagine walking in after a few drinks and falling straight down😂😂

For 32.5mil I'd expect an entire private island, not a semi detached house in London where most of the living space is in the basement 😂😂

They've ripped all the character out of the house. It looks more like a warehouse style loft building. The staff area doesn't have the same finish as the rest of the house? Is it a dungeon? 😂

As usual, the heart has been ripped out of this character house, and in it’s place, a bland, cold, unimaginative looking office building, such a travesty to our history and beautiful architecture 😢😢 when the “ current “ thing changes back to original features etc, what are these people going to do ?.

There are beautiful, large manor homes in the country side of England that have tons of room. They often come with a lot of land as well, that you can buy for much, much less than 32 million!

For £32500 million London is just not worth it.For that price you can have a mansion with land and a swimming pool. Enough cash left over to buy a car.
