Don't understand why so many homes have the fridge and freezer on different sides of the room. Would think that having them side-by-side would make it easier for the person preparing the meal to grab everything at the same time when deciding what to cook, or to see what's available.

Was really interested in buying this property, have been looking at it for 6 months. Today I went on to the estate agents website to find that not only have they taken the whole right hand side of the garden away and put 6 foot boards up directly behind the tree lined avenue, but also increased the price by What a shame it was stunning before they did that but I’m assuming that all that land possibly doesn’t come now in the price of the house now and whilst they’ve built an outdoor pool it’s certainly not worth losing all that land and to add insult to injury adding another £200, 000!!! Gosh!

Oh my… it’s a normal house for the middle class. It doesn’t even have a swimming-pool! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ In England everything is so overpriced. It’s ridiculous. 😂🤦‍♀️

There's no way this standard house costs 1, 2 million in a isolated location. 300K is more than enough for this.

Like the fact it is nice and modern, different architecture from the usual two up two down houses. I would have sacrificed some of the front and possibly back to make the actual property bigger.

Very professional and enjoyable presentation . Tom and Jas are as smooth and articulate discussing the property particulars as Matt and Summer. My favourite was the exterior design of the property and fabulous views of the Malvern hills. Worcester town quick tour was a nice bonus .

The lot is so huge, I'd put a larger house on it. Some of the rooms feel quite cramped, at least from the video. Nice tour so, thanks for the video!

I feel like that living room view is wasted out the front. I would much preview to sit in a living space with those beautiful windows and see the backgarden.

500k overpriced. Not sure why it's priced so high. Small rooms, small living room, good garden, quiet surroundings, decent finishes. Not sure how the housing market is in the UK at the countryside but this is too much. Plus your neighbours are right there.
