Here's a realistic way to replace Aethelflaed: once you expertised her and your in soc you can choose between the old commanders (like you can choose in the daily chests), however they should cost 2.5k instead of 1.5k

NGL a way to get more gold heads F2p would be amazing

They need to give us a way to recycle and get back a part of gold heads we spend on wrong and useless commander's. Something like legendary equipment disassembling system but on commander's, when you did a wrong investment you can at least have 50% of what you spend back.

Solid suggestions! I hope they host another round table with you all to invite new recommendations.

My biggest suggestion: provide a “trade-in” or “discount” system for prime commanders to those who maxed out the epic versions of those commanders. This gives new FTP players something to look forward to and a payoff of their investments in the early game which doesn’t currently exist.

frfr, I would like transparent matchmaking but I would appreciate a scaled-down KvK option. No crystals, bastions, or gimmicks. A 2-3 week race to occupy sites, then the Zig.

A bloodbath for sure but you don't have to rearrange your life for 2 months.
These 2 month KvKs are draining

1. Remove the cross migration at all, its kinda like theyre own server so all new player. Right now theres 20 old account jumping in kvk2 is just gonna wreck those new player.
2. Release all commanders to obtain once in KVK2 so they can work what meta is or after kvk3 they have a choice to reset commanders and get all GH they use on the kvk2 and kvk3 commanders.

Thats my suggestion to attract new players and once they get in SoC they can catch up and put a fight to old accounts.

Another commander for the Spain civilization. Currently, Spain is the only civilization with just two commanders (El Cid and Pelagius) and no one uses either for... anything. Juana de Arintero was a Spanish woman who dressed as a man to fight in cavalry battles. However, I don't have that strong a preference about who exactly. As someone who likes the history part of the game, I enjoy learning about people who I never heard of, which is most of them.

What Lilith could do for new players is once you get into season of conquest give the chance to exchange back gold heads you invest in old commanders for like one or two commanders per year, maybe not all the gold sculptures but something between 50 to 80% of gold heads back you invented.
That could help a lot I think

I just read a news that Chinese government is taking actions on their gaming industry. They're implementing laws like spending limits for all players so games can't rely on whales, better gacha rates so players won't overspend, no mischievious marketing like popup bundle and first charge reward, and no daily login rewards things that forces people to log on everyday.

Increase drop rate in kvk 1, 2, 3 for golf key comanders increase drop rate for materials and blueprints from keys give a boost to kvk rewards kvk shop needs renew and kvk canyon shop delivery needs renew love Hatter Ps love the vid as always

Japan does not feel unrepresented, just have generals that are weak/out of meta. if someone from japan should be introduced maybe something like Yukimura or Uesugi or Nobunaga that were more known for leading armies.

in my opinion the don't need to add stronger early game commanders to work on. but for example knowing that there would be another rebirth event where you get back golden heads and exp books it would make it less of a waiting game early on.

I really wish that Lillith can observe some f2p players in RoK. I find it really unfair for many people who don't spent money on the game grinding the process of the game to make them active and got raided by players who higher than them and it makes hard time for f2p to recover their powers, it's just the large amount of whales in the game that ruins the opportunity for f2p players to gain something that they want. However, I do hope that Lillith can balance the players that their well be spending kingdoms and slow processing kingdom
