He survived in space for quite a while even after having been hit by the power stone and Thanos used the power stone to torture Thor.

Superman's endurance: Kept trying to fight back against Batman whilst powerless and having been beaten to a pulp. Flew through the world engine engine against its gravitational pull. And with the help of the sun recovered quite quickly against a nuke.

Superman's power: His power ranges depending on how close to the sun he is which makes it tough to scale his power although whilst still being on Earth he was able to destroy Steppenwolf's axe with just his freeze breath and a single hit, his heat vision was strong enough to penetrate Steppenwolf's armour and tear through his skin and bone which even multiple attacks from Wonderwoman and Aquaman failed to do.
