The 4-finger and 3-finger gestures were very much there in Win10!

One can also customize the swipe up, down, right, left and tap settings from the advanced gestures settings in the touchpad menu.
Infact, the touchpad gesture settings are highly customizable as custom options can be selected by the users in the advanced gestures.
My 4 finger tap gesture is set as mute system sounds option.
