It's crazy how time flies by, hard to believe that 2014 is almost 9 years ago! In a month, Windows 8.1 is losing support too...

I’m still furloughed after 8months and now watching every Joanna video in reverse order. The tech get older and Joanna gets younger. Fascinating.

I hope they make: Windows 7: Surviving The Death of Microsoft's OS.

Note: I don't remember making this comment, and Windows 7 did died.

It was a very good operating system. It was the best one that Microsoft ever produced.

Suggesting a Chromebook to an XP user....no, I would rather use MS-DOS.

Ironic that now, Windows 8.1 is the OS which is going to end support next year

“There’s also Linux options, like Ubuntu, but that requires installation know-how.”

As if Windows doesn’t!

Took me a bit to notice that the XP taskbar on this video comes from Whistler Beta 2

1. There is an extra blue line that occurs on Whistler builds 2428-2475

2. The start button is a little bit brighter than the RTM version (build 2600)

Why does this pop up in my recommendation feed when windows 7 support will end in 4 days.

"Microsoft really, really, really want you to come to this place. Windows 8.1"
Me: "Who in the right mind would do that?"

What to do if you want to still be with Windows XP:

Change your desktop picture! :D

If people don't mind upgrading to windows 7, but they don't like the look of everything, they can use a Theme Patcher which will patch 3 or something files. That will then allow the user to load unofficial themes that the OS alone, would not support, meaning that you can make your windows 7 PC look like Windows XP.

I never notice that Microsoft was trimming the Grass on my desktop. They must be coming very early in the morning. And now they're flying drones with Cloud Seeding technology to destroy my lawn? It's mine, not theirs.
