Could you please explain a bit more about “do you want to order first or do you want to grab a table”? It is a bit hard to understand this particular phase because, in my home country, we are supposed to order food once a table is arranged.

I live in Mid-Missouri, and I say "to be honest" all the time! I also say a few of the other one's as well but not as often. It makes me wonder how often other people here in the midwest say it.
