Hello thxs for your very informative video. I purchased a kindle paperwhite from them on 5/19/24 and have yet to receive the item, no email response or tracking info, I feel scammed. On top of that my PayPal says the $ is pending. Do you have any info in which I can reach live customer service? Thxs

I know I bought from them in the past and they usually come from different goodwills so they'll come in different shipments. Sorry to hear if they did scam you 😞

I don’t wanna be mean but dude… you don’t seem to fully understand what you are talking about or seem to understand the world. It’s a retail shop. They have to make money. Also it’s a charity. You want bargains then go to places where you can haggle or look for auctions. Games are now like all other forms of antiques and newsflash: antique shops are the most expensive places to buy antiques by virtue! They normally search house clearances and yard sales for these things then have to actually make a profit.

You might gain a greater understanding if you learn about how antiques dealers find their stock.

Hahaha. FFX is worth like $3-5 at most. Hahahaha. I’m not sure about USA but in the UK even the most expensive place (CEX) you can get the game for £3.

Not really a scam is it. They under priced a item, then seeing there mistake changed the price. Yes you should of got it for the price as listed. So that is abit scummy, but yiu got a full refund, so I wouldn't say a scam just a shitty move on there part.

They literally state the items come as is. They don't say they refurbish them or clean them. Not sure what the big deal is.
