I knew Miura had passed while I was reading Berserk. It wasn't until I got to that final page that I really felt the weight of his passing. Berserk means so much to me as a story and all I can hope is that Miura is resting well, knowing what he gave to the world.

As much as a don’t want to say it, when Miyazaki inevitably dies I hope that he finds a place right next miura as one of the greats the one who defined dark fantasy in manga right next to his greatest fan who defined dark fantasy in video games and I have high hopes that even then there will be at least some people that will be the next greats, rip to a legend, one who defined my love for video game ms without me even knowing it

This is the perfect imagining of what a Japanese person might construe a celtic march would sound like in his mind, as hes crafting a story set in the middle ages. Its just PERFECT.
