It's 2022, should you buy or build a PC? Have the chip shortages ended or is it still better to bu a prebuilt gaming PC over building your own custom gaming PC?

Build Pro PC has a system for only $800 with a Ryzen 5, GTX 1650 and 16GB of ram. It's a couple hundred dollars under $1k and it performs extremely well for the price.

Great comparison. I took a long time to decide to build or buy but man check out HP OMEN they have amazing prices right now. $2, 748.99 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 processor NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3090 24 GB 8 GB memory; 256 SSD storage. While this is the 30L which looks like its going to be hot there are better cases or hell even swap it into a better case and you would still be at a better price than building it currently.

I have been gaming casually on my Alienware laptop for about a year. It's my first gaming pc. I mostly play on Xbox series x. But Im getting into PC gaming more and more and I want to upgrade to a desktop but I'm so lost I don't know if selling my laptop and getting a desktop is even a worth it upgrade. I'm so lost. Would NZXT assemble a custom build and send it if I buy one? Im struggling to find a good prebuild for under $2500. I finally found one on Newegg but every review says there is gpu problems and it didn't run when they got it. I am just so tired, and I am not dropping $2k for a "meh it might work.." gaming PC.
