The problem is I have Asperger's, which inhibits communication skills so face to face interviews are absolute hell. I'm able to fill in applications, polish my resume, search for jobs effectively but when it comes to interviews, I fall flat! Not one expert video tackles the issues faced by those with a disability like mine. I think they prefer to ignore it because there's no easy answer.

How are you supposed to get face to face? Back before internet I would fill out an application and hand it in personally to the managers. Now the gatekeepers and online make that non existent. I am in a new area trying to get into my field, so how would I go about getting face time instead of screen time?
