nice video, I had done a question like this before on a test and for some reason assumed that the charges at the based of the triangle "cancelled out"... until this video reminded me that Volts are obviously scalar, and not vector!

the total answer becomes
sut the v1, v2 and v3
= -10959901
=-11 MV
