I’ve been married 55 years. When young women ask me what to look for in a man, I say “maturity” first. It’s amazing how rare that is.

I have a feminine day. Its called feminine friday. I do all things selfcare, exfoliate, mask, watch videos about how to be lady like. I drink detox teas, I just rest and breathe and appreciate being a woman. I also pray to God, cause I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

I wear pretty lingerie under my clothes whether I have a man in my life or not, because it makes ME feel more feminine and special which ignites my feminine energy all the time.

One thing that makes me feel feminine that wasn't listed here is having a tidy home. When my home is clean and organized, it makes feel more feminine. It also makes my home more inviting.

"Just say thank you" I was told this by a guy who complimented me and I went on to explain the problems with my outfit....and he said "Just say thank you" Lesson learned.

It’s hard to learn to receive when no one is giving anything to you.

When I realized God was the ultimate Giver, and I was a joyful, grateful, adoring receiver...well, a great godly husband soon followed.

For myself, being feminine means slowing down. Women don't seem feminine when they are rushing.. when I'm walking, I take my time, every step is sensual. As a reminder to slow down, I pretend I'm carrying a cup full of coffee. To keep it from spilling, I must move slowly. I tell you, men have glanced my way. As if wondering "who is she?". Thanks for reading

🌿 for almost all of my adult life I was a single parent w/o support. You are the masculine and the feminine, literally! Worked as a nurse for almost five decades... nurses are fixers, doers, as well as nurturers. Have denied self care for most of my life, putting others ahead of myself. Now I am retired, 66yo, and trying to make up for lost and wasted time. My point...DON'T WASTE TIME! Losing weight, getting healthier, and hopefully will be brave enough to possibly start dating. Wish me luck!!

To increase my feminine energy... I had to daily consciously slow down my pace and tone of voice when speaking to men. I communicate the same but in a more slower pace.

When I was in varsity, I was single for 3 years and within those years everyone around me including my classmates all thought I was in a relationship. I was so happy then and so in touch with my feminine energy. I am naturally a confident person so that played a big role in my appearance. I then graduated and became unemployed which led into a deep depression. I only realized later on that I lost my femininity. The constant anxiety and stress left me in defense mode. I noticed that managing my stress levels and taking time off really helped in getting my feminine energy.

Some things that help me feel more beautiful & feminine.

1) having a signature/ memorable scent. Investing in quality perfumes that have strong staying power. Everyone has different preferences for scent, find what works the best for you & use it often.

2) making time for meditation/ listening to binaural beats & disconnecting from the world for a bit. Just sitting with myself, clearing my head, & allowing myself to simply be, helps me feel grounded, at ease, helps me get out of my head & in to my body. So = more feminine.

3) My male friends treat me with a lot of respect & take me out often- without expecting anything in return. Whether it’s a nice place to eat, cool new experience, good conversation- they initiate the plans, or even trips, they set the times, & I simply dress myself up & my bring my energy. This has helped me remain in a flow of receiving, being a good listener, a good friend without the need to over-give.

4) Spending time with my girl friends is a big one. Making time to get together, doesn’t matter what we do, just being in each other’s company, catching up, helps me feel very very feminine.

5) another big one is- being more careful with my words- not only when speaking to others but- the words that I tell myself. The belief that “all men ain’t sh*t, all men are the same, all men cheat” .. no. I do not tell myself that anymore, I have removed that kind of thinking -those are not the men I want to place my focus on or attract. I know that there are good men, devotional hard working men- those are the men that I give my attention to. So a lot of affirmations, unlearning, & redirecting my thoughts has helped me feel more feminine.

Hope this helps someone 💐

Saying you don’t have the time for yourself it’s like saying you are too busy driving to stop for gas.

For all the women complaining. Stop comparing the BOYS you’ve ALLOWED in your life to the MEN you have yet to meet through your own lack of growth. Same frequencies find each other. Start with: Self awareness. Accountability. Growth.

These were the ladies of yesterday, but we were told to be independent for so long that we lost our femininity. Now We have to relearn to be feminine again. Thanks Matt great video.

I just wanna share that being a joyful receiver can really boost the confidence of my man. My hubby always doing things for me (carrying my bag, massage, getting water) and I always say thank you to him. It made him do more for me and I feel appreciated. Now, instead of giving him order/ commanding him, he initiates to do things for me without asking for it.
